Oui Oui ..pour le moment elle sont petites et reste a cette taille pour en rajouter d'autres si y en a , mais sur la Zone WC_TV , je vais placer des ( ecrant 3D) que l'on pourra cliquer dessur sur chaques webcams individuelle ..!!! héhé..

En faite les petites taille c'est aussi pour ne pas avoir la vision couper dans le monde vrml ...C'est beaucoup pour ca!

Voila encore une surprise ca y est les téléviseurs son près!! et oppérationnelle !! les bouton play et stop sont actif et individuelle a chaques télé ..!

I'm still wondering if it would be possible to stream such a live cam to a MovieTexture.

May be it's nothing new, but I did find out that the MovieTexture on Blaxxun can be set to specific protocols for streaming media.

So, if you have a wmv file (windows media video) and you want to stream it (instead of waiting till the file is downloaded to your cache) you can replace the http:// protocol by mms://.

For other media than the supported by the windows media player, you can try your luck with the RealPlayer (if installed) setting the protocol to pnm:// or rtsp:// ...

Well, when I say "set the protocol" I am just mean that instead of writing

you write

The chosen protocol/player must support the media-type or codec you are trying to stream.

I have tryed out with a wmv file I have found in the www and it works fine. If you use the mms:// protocol, the file streams to the texture.

I have also tryed with an audio stream (got no web-cam, lol) generated by the windows media encoder, and it also works... the URL in that case - a live stream - looks like "mms://my_ip:2120", being my_ip your current public ip or a DNS and 2120 the port you are broadcasting your stream on (depends on your settings and port forwarding).

I have worked out a simple document where you can try out different files on different protocols :

mms:// should work with following file types :

wmv, wma, mp3, mpeg, avi, asf and asx (playlists)

pnm:// and rtsp:// with :

ra, ram, rmm, rav, rm, rmp, rv, smil, smi, m3u, pls, swf

Even though I have not been able yet to see an swf (flash) movie on the MovieTexture.
