It does not take at all long for me to start mimicking the angry smiley if I listen to those who have power over the people speak for more than a few seconds these days Alain lol. It is so frustrating watching our rulers look so friendly and pretend to care about us when you know they are into torture, war crimes, destroying the planet’s future and spying on us.
My definition of Left and Right:
The Left care more about the people than their rulers. The Right care more about their rulers than the people.
Or another way of putting it:
The Right are more susceptible to propaganda and advertisements that tell us our rulers are working in our interest.
Using my definition, Stalinism was not Left but Right because it treated its ruler as more important than the people.
Also using this definition, democracy is a Left wing concept as you can not have rulers in a democracy. It will be hard for future historians to say Obama was more of a representative of the people than a ruler when he tried so hard to hunt down Snowden when Snowden had more widespread support from the people (including the people in the USA) than against for blowing the whistle on an authoritarian government.
Hope I did not shock anyone too much with my political views:

Embarrassed expression made from my pearly white smile. All I did was drop the corners of the mouth and the outer sides of the eyelids a little, point the eyes up a bit and of course increased the blush in the cheeks. I arched the eyebrows more to go with the eyelids.

Earlier in the year I said seamless would be ready by May then a few months later I predicted it would be ready over a month ago, so what is my current estimation? My current estimation is 32 days from now. I have made so many changes to seamless that most if not all of my current tutorials and videos will have to be scrapped or redone. Because of this I want to get the interface completed before I upload the new version so that I wont have to update new videos soon after they are made. The good thing is tutorials wont be as important because the interface has been greatly simplified and I have added more visual clues to help guide the user. I still want to make a video showing how to model a human head suitable for animation because it takes a while to figure out how to make a good structure for this task and it is very easy once you are shown how.
Things left to do:
Make a YouTube video and update my website: 10 days Create new icons for buttons and mouse pointer images: 10 days Make it so a nurbs lathe can be added to the scene by clicking on the 3d scene to define the control points (instead of beginning with one already defined) Improve the multiple control point selection tools. Make seamless compatible with the current worlds in seamless chat Get rid of that horrible popup menu. And lots of other odds and ends too boring to write about.

Sorry to hear you had to delay your internet-exhibition Alain, best of luck with it in the future. I like this 3d photo you uploaded https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CB4QfRwXKVY
Yes samd I finally added a public facebook page dedicated to seamless3d so now people wont have to request being a friend just to see what it's about. I wondered how others had their pages public and now I see its easy if you create a new page (like you told me) except when I filled out the form it would not let me compete it until some days later which is typical for anything I try to do with facebook lol. Of course I prefer the seamless3d forum as it fits in with the ideal of the internet where your content is not controlled by a central server but we are all susceptible to advertisements that tell us how cool it is to have their corporate logo on our pages
Hi vcard I have just now added the code to add the gestureNames field to an avatar proto when exporting gestures to vrml/x3d and code to change the gesture names to those specified in the gestureNames field when importing Avatar Studio avatars. And like I said I would, I have made it so underbars are converted to spaces from the Anim node names and vice a versa when importing from the gestureNames field from an Avatar Studio avatar.

hey thyme. add more admin to your page, (open more facebook account and make it admin or make some1 else admin)
because, if you get blocked from facebook you need to send them your ID card scanned. and you, because you love so much your privacy you will never do it. that means you will lose the access to your seamless3d page.
=)

Thanks for the tip samd, I will give admin rights to Ep.
I have added 3 days to my total estimation for when seamless will be ready which makes the countdown now 31 days from today. The reason for this, is I accidentally missed out some tasks that I had estimated would take 3 days. I was hoping this would not matter as I thought perhaps the robot demo for modelling the nurbs head might only take 2 days instead of 5, but after burning the candle from both ends, I can see I need at least another day to complete the demo and some more time to fix some bugs that have recently come to my attention.

I am now down to just 13 days away from the new version being ready for upload. I am currently designing icons for the toolbar. I like this simple daisy I modeled for one of the buttons but I am not sure yet what task it should be used for. The main thing is that it is can be reduced to 24 by 24 pixels without looking like a mess, looks unique and is memorable

I feel confident all my icons will be more beneficial to mankind than John Kerry but that is not much of a challenge lol I have created most of the new icons for the toolbar and ticked off most of the tasks that were on my to do list but I spent the last 4 days doing new unforeseen tasks that have arisen as a result of all the little changes I have made so I have had to extend my time by a few days. I have left to make the head modelling video tutorial, some more icon changes for the mouse pointer and resolve a few minor issues. My current estimation for the new version being ready is now 10 days away

Sorry for replying Alain but I have to say there is never any certainty in developing software I have learnt too many times Most of this year I hoped it would be ready in about a month's time but I never got it down to 10 days so this is progress

I am afraid seamless is not going to be ready in about 2 days time. My sister out of the blue came to visit with her 2 young sons for a few days so I lost a few days of programming from all the stimulation but I appreciate being given the opportunity to test the new version out on a 4 and 6 year old so close to it being ready to upload. I am very encouraged by how easy they found it to use but a number of bugs surfaced which is what tends to happen when other people besides your self test anything out. There are a number of unknowns regarding the bugs I must fix and I have only just started recording the audio for the tutorial today so it is hard to make a prediction at this stage but I am hopeful I can get the tutorial ready in 4 days and fix the bugs and loose ends in another 5 days.

Lol Alain your safe here but she recently subscribed to the Seamless3d facebook page so you must be more careful there
Seamless3d III Featuring a Greatly Simplified Interface, Ready for Download
Although Seamless3d 3 has evolved from version 2 and maintains being a general purpose modeller, this is the very first version (3.000) to be released after major changes have been made to the design, so please treat it like a prototype as it is not yet complete and there are many scenarios it can not yet deal with, however if you follow the Modelling a Human Head Step by Step tutorial video, which is very easy to follow, you have the certainty of being able to model a human head in your own style.
Download the new version from: www.seamless3d.com/download

I just remembered I have not uploaded the narration in text form yet for the tutorial. I'm afraid it has been a long day uploading stuff and trying to remember lots of different things which has left me feeling very tired so I will upload it tomorrow. I know Alain you said your not very good at understanding English verbally but I hope you will be able to understand some of my recorded voice as I took great care to pronounce my words without mumbling them and I am delighted with the quality of the recordings, it is so clear thanks to my father's digital microphone thingy I borrowed. There is no computer hum because I turned off my computer off to record everything, so you will just hear birds tweeting in the background Also you should know all the important short cut keys already

The features page will be out of date Alain sorry (Just about everything needs to be updated, like my tutorials). The texture paint stuff really needs more work too so that it can deal with multiple nurbs patches. The color per vertex paint stuff works pretty good though (the children used this) but even this needs a bit more work before I write a tutorial on how to use it (click the tube of paint (paint mode) on the toolbar and then try painting with the brush). Although I have sketched out all the different modes, I have concentrated just on the modelling a human face for this version as modelling a human face I think is one of the most important things for a modeler to be able to do easily. I spent months working on the head modelling tutorial to keep it easy to follow so I can promise it will be easy soon as I get the text uploaded
