Un fortunatly the new version doesn't fix any real problems, according to and ex blaxxun staffer.

Its just some changes to the firewall so the chat will work through corporate firewalls.

Anyway I've been playing with the windows version of this...

Apache + active perl + 15 minutes of tinker = local webserver.

So I've been able to test things locally which is much easier.

Plus my website host had some hard drives die, stupid spammers overloaded the servers again and this time broke something

dezip , you will get 2 bat files

when double cliking on one you get blaxx running ,
on the other ..BS

1) install blaxxun contact 5.1
2) download ccpro.rar http://mixed3d.free.fr/blaxxun/ccpro.RAR
3) extricate from the ccpro.rar the 3 dll files to your desktop
4) for firefox users: put this 3 files on your c:\program files\mozila firefox\plugins directory
for google chrome users: put this 3 files on your c:\program files\google\chrome\application\plugins directory
for opera users put this 3 files on your c:\program files\opera\program\plugins directory
5) open your browser and login to some blaxxun chat
