I have pasted the text for the narration from 1:58 to 4:48 for the tutorial in the about section Alain so please click on the about under the video. (you can click on the time links in the text there)
Please ignore youtube's "transcript" which is done by a robot which is very clever but it is terrible lol.
I will add more text tomorrow but this short amount of text I have done covers how to add a lathe, convert it to a patch and extrude the eyes and ears and insert extra control lines, so it has all the new important features that makes the new version easy to model a human head.

Is my nephew samd
OK I have uploaded the transcript for the tutorial in full here:
http://www.seamless3d.com/modelling-human-head/
Sadly Google wont let me post all of the transcript in the About section which is a shame as the time links are a very good feature.
I used Audacity to get the points in time in the audio for the transcript. I was thinking it would be nice to have this Audacity feature that lets you reply from any point you click on in the movie player.
A good movie editing program should have this feature, know of any?
A good program for downloading my movie so you can play it off line is:
Freemake Video Downloader: http://www.freemake.com/free_video_downloader/

I don't worry samd about youtube suggesting videos for blender, maya or max after my video has finished as youtube will also suggest this seamless3d video to people who only know of blender, maya or max after they watch their videos
That is interesting Alain, I have done this too for some programs going from one version of windows to another without installing it. Which reminds me, me and Ep used paint shop pro (a free ware version) for windows 3.1 until just a few years ago and my guess is it will still run on windows 8 but had the problem of the file-name being limited to only 8 (or was it 10?) characters as all programs for windows 3.1 had this limitation.
I read a bit about Ulead MediaStudio in Wikipedia after reading your suggestion.
I see that it says in 2008, Corel formally announced that MediaStudio Pro would be discontinued which is a hazard of non open source software which is why I would like to get Seamless3d's video feature I added in August 2010 for synchronizing real life video with seamless's Anim bar to also let the user edit the frames. I realize there is not a big difference between video frames and recorded animation events so I have done much of the work already I hope. The Anim bar's select section, copy, cut and paste features I added for the previous version uploaded in December 2011 (was used for Lucy on the catwalk) could all be made to work for video (including audio) frames too
I have recently learnt that youtube's automatic transcript can be edited, so I am very pleased with this feature as it will synchronize the text to my voice and the text will actually make sense to a human I have just edited all of the English transcript for my new head modelling tutorial, so please try clicking on the transcript button under the video (and select English) when playing the video. it's a very good feature
I am also going to make a tutorial to show how to make a human head in 30 seconds to demonstrate how easy the new version really is

That is very kind of you Alain but please do not worry as the quality being lost is one of the reasons I do not use any of the specialized video editors that I have tried. There are still some free video editors (more for linux than there are for windows it seems) I have not tried yet but I probably wont be happy until I write my own as I really can't see why it should take me more than a few weeks to do and so it would be really good to have included in seamless (and it would be open source too) for such a small investment of my time. I don't care about having lots of fancy features that can add "cool effects" to videos, all I want is something practical that does not eat up the quality or get the audio out of sync lol
I have recently tried Avidemux which is free and open source and is easy to open and play a video file (including flv and mp4). It does not feel as intuitive as Audacity for marking a location to play from but I am new to it and it does have this ability. I have not yet been able to copy/cut and paste a section of video and paste it to another location without getting a message: "this function is disabled or no longer valid" but its website says it can do this: http://avidemux.sourceforge.net/ so perhaps it needs a bit more effort to find out what I am doing wrong.

One of the first images rendered using my ray-trace code. It took just under 3 minutes to render 1280 by 720 pixels which is very slow but I have not yet optimised the code so I am not too worried. All in all I am thrilled with the results

Thanks for testing the new version Alain
Sorry I have done nothing more on paint mode. I very much wanted to fix a few things for paint mode, I think it would only have taken a few more days to add a circle for the paint brush radius and make it so you can drag the view in paint mode, the same way you can in the other modes but I also realized while I kept delaying the upload of 3.001, people were crashing in 3.000
Though I need to fix a few things, you can paint with it now if you close seamless and reopen it (I suspect there are some global variables that may cause problems otherwise), create a lathe or any of the other object and then go into paint mode, select a colour from the palette and drag over the object with the mouse. The radius changes the size of the brush but wont show a circle in the 3d window yet.
All the icons and new buttons are to make seamless self explanatory so that it should be possible to use seamless even without a tutorial as i said some months ago but the reality for now remains that tutorials are essential until all the different issues have been resolved for seamless III. I doubt it will be much fun at all to use seamless otherwise.
Lol yes the new select object mode button does nothing but it will serve a purpose like this as it wont make a tutorial written today look different in the future (People like to see everything look the same in the tutorial as what they see in the version they are using) The select Object mode will need to be functional for my 10 short tutorials, which will cover the essentials in making 3d movies when I want to show how to position the cameras and import characters and objects into a world/scene. I want to show how to make some very very simple but fully animated nurbs characters first. Should be fun for anyone who has a little time to spare to make some 3d art that tells a story

A new hands modelling tutorial will soon be uploaded. With this and future tutorials in mind, 3.002 addresses a number of issues to make Seamless3d easier to use which includes:
Easier to add Boxes and Spheres, Grouping patches more effective. Global drag dimension filter, Object mode functionality, Easier importing patches, Mirror polygon structures for BNSPE (Nurbs Surface Poly Editing) and more. For more info see: http://www.seamless3d.com/download/3.000.html#_3.002

As you already know Alain Seamless3d 3.005 is ready for download which is the first version of Seamless3d III to have been worked through for an animation tutorial. But I am announcing here on the Louize forum before I announce anywhere else that I have completed the subtitles for the video, hope this makes it easier for people who have trouble understanding my spoken words
