Evidently the original file was not created for realtime rendering. A poser model has been posing, I guess.

It would be interesting to find out how good job the actual optimizers could do upon it...

... or if it would be smarter to use an avt-studio Lilly, undress her, widen her hips, let her eat some extra Mc-Wobbles, put the french fries on top of her skull, and let her do the job....
