and here, my (dear) friends, comes the only truth about X's absence from Louise Meeting :

As I told in a previous chronicle, he started swimming from Canada to Old Europe three months ago (Alain and ISA did finally not sell enough Zébulon T-Shirts for buying the 1st class ticket, X was claiming for ...) , he was not as good swimming, as a few years ago, when he won the highschool trophy for 12,5 meter free-style swimming, so it took him 27 hours more than expected doing the wet journey cross the ocean.

Reaching Paris - the last few miles swimming upstream the Seine he was about to give it up and make the 180º turn - he had the bad idea to tell the waiter of a park-café about the Zébulon Meeting and that he was in good friendship with Alain (aka dum ... Pirate) ...

Thank's X for paying our espresso coffees and Cat-Boy's Coke ! We will pick you up the next time we visit Paris.

P.S. SYNTAX Q&A

I "bursted" upon the scene. But, his heart had already "bursted".

Old poets might have said "burst", but I think "bursted" is now the imperfect tense in poipular usage adding the "ed" to "burst" and just a few similar verbs in exception to the rule.

This probably differentiates its verb-usage from its noun-usage, as in, "There is a burst in his main artery." and adjective "That man has a burst tumor."

Used as a verb "His tumor has bursted" sounds right to me.

In french you have to say : " vous avez besoin de l'installer " to translate " you need to install it ".

More idiomatic would be " vous devez l'installer ". You can eventually add straight after " pour acceder aux mondes 3D " ( to access 3d worlds )
