tu clique sur le point noir en haut tout en haut , ça ouvre un panneau où on peut faire "output"

I am very sorry about the "Making an Avatar from Immediate Spheres and Cylinders" tutorial being out of date. It is the tutorial that most urgently needs to be updated as a result of the changes made to seamless last year (2006). I have started rewetting this tutorial and a robot demo to go with it recently but the Christmas celebrations sneaked up on me and so no more progress has been made on this tutorial since but I hope to resume work on it in a few days time. I left the old immediate tutorial online because it still has useful info for referencing and thought I would update sooner than I have

I am glad however to see you have moved onto and completed the "build an avatar" tutorial which is the tutorial I currently recommend to anyone new who wants to start making an avatar. I will soon write a tutorial to go with the "build an avatar demo" which will show how to make the same avatar except Bezier lathes will be used instead of cylinders and spheres. This tutorial will soon have follow demos and tutorials which will show step by step how to make this basic avatar more and more sophisticated.

Very sorry for pulling the rug from under your feet Alain just after you had learnt how to do immediate editing last year. I messed this type of editing up (what Alain used to make his seamless coin coin bird) and was expecting to fix it soon but reality had other plans for me Anyway immediate editing it is now back again working better than ever

I think perhaps me, bumpy and yourself are the only ones who ever played with this undocumented feature.

thanks for the example Alain and explaining how, I tested out your example and all I had to do was set the tug radius to do what you show here in the picture
I Hope you find this feature intuitive to use Isa
I wonder if it would be helpful to make it so that the tug radius (the circle size) gets saved in the smls file rather than in the settings. Then the student would not even need to first set the circle size before any tugging is done and it might be a little helpful to have different radius sizes saved for different files. This would also allow future robot demos to resume work without resetting the tug radius for each operation

hummm I mix in the imports and exports same if it is in French... I am true a catastrophe but I had this same problem with English flux:))

in any case it is a pleasure of working on seamless when one starts has to be able create because the colors are very nice and a real luminosity ! .. and makes an effect of smooth of softnesses of contours...
so now i think i can try to build an animal or a flower and alain help me if i not understand thank alain ..
