If for no other reason than seeing my avatar speak with teeth and my real voice for 20 seconds, please do watch my new YouTube tutorial:
The first idea I had watching it , was to cut the begining to host it on some place , scuse but I tried that before watching all the entire movie ; LOL
anyways I didnt succeded to slip it , but I will retry .
I will watch all the tutorial too of course , and I will try it , be sure .
But I felt fantastic the beginning when "you" are speaking !!!! ))

LOL I succeeded to split the movie , scuse about the tutorial , but your avatar speacking is so wonderful !! My wife loves him too
I used youtube to "publish" it , because it is easy to get an integer .
But I dont know very well youtube , I tried to have the video "not public" ***, because it is yours - but may be you dont care -
( *** they say :
Quote :
How do I share an unlisted video?
Once you’ve set your video as unlisted in your Account settings, you’re ready to share your video. In order to share your
video, just send the video’s URL to the people with whom you’d like to have access to the video. They’ll then be able to
view the video. Who can access my unlisted video?
Initially, only the people with whom you share your unlisted video's URL will have access to the video. That said, if one
your contacts then shares the unlisted video URL on a blog / public website or with their friends, the video will be
available and accessible to those people (and their friends) as well. Its therefore important to communicate to your
contacts that you wish to maintain limited access to your unlisted video and that you only share the video with people you
trust.
well ...I guess you dont care , or tell me ....
BTW I will try the new stuff soon , and the tutorials too

yeah I am happy with you splitting my video Alain Some of the quality may get lost if the program reprocesses all the frames. I am pretty sure FFmpeg can split videos but I have never tried. If you want to show any of my videos to your school your welcome to play them outside of youtube (these days I mostly use vlc media player for offline viewing of flv/mp4 files) but we should make a protest of this violation against free speech I am very flattered to see a photo of me being used for the louize logo Thanks much for your uplifting comments Alain, their always very much appreciated

Thanks very much Alain It's actually 2.167 but I doubt anyone else will notice
Seamless3d 2.167 has a number of important bug fixes and some new features including video synchronization to the anim bar as alain has demontrated above. To see the full anouncement: http://www.seamless3d.com/download/2.161.html#2.167
See the tutorial: Synchronizing the Anim Bar to Real Life Video
You can also now output any nurbs control point animation to a CoordinateInterpolator but be aware that vrml/x3d files that use Coordinate Interpolatation can easily end up bigger than a youtube movie.

The logo looked good Alain
I have written a very short tutorial showing how to export a nurbs control point animation to a vrml/x3d CoordinateInterpolator:

Hello Thyme .
It is the 4th year , I think , that I Use seamless3d with 100 pupils . For just 2 hours at school , but I tell them that they could get it at home .
I will show you later what they are able to do , I guess that 10 pupils or more will try ...
I hope too you are well .

PS ha ha Alain-- happy to contribute my bandwidth to all the Louise student bC downloads! lol! You owe me one assiette of oysters!
PSS btw I hate Facebook -- it puts too many people "in your face"! and tells me via my e-mail 2 strangers are waiting to be "Friends"-- then, I think, they read all my mail to my real Friend. But. at least I made "Friends" with some Aussie bloke named Gorden? Gerald? Sundance? no... Graham! Somehow, it was suggested lol!

Your pig looks great Alain Ep likes him much too, it made her smile and likes his double edged saw hehe. Yes sad the children have only 2 hours to use seamless but I have always been impressed what your pupils come up with in this short time. Yes I am well thanks Alain, I am currently busy working on a new project for seamless which will allow the artist to synthesize speech (as well as synthesizing singing and sounds/music) using nurbs. I have had some positive results and am very excited about it but don’t know how practical it will be to use yet as it is all very new for me and have never heard of anyone else doing this.
What has been driving me on this is the question:
if an artist can sculpt/draw/mould images why not be able to sculpt speech?
Is speech any less important than image?
I doubt this idea has ever been explored much.
